I started attending the Gibson City Bible Church in my sixth-grade year, and got my start in worship ministry not long after, playing on the praise team through middle school and high school and doing a worship ministry internship. I didn't follow a call to ministry straight into college, choosing instead to study theater and creative writing at Millikin University, where I met my wife, Megan. By the time I graduated, however, I was back at GCBC, filling the vacant worship leader position, and was hired in the summer of 2012. Since then, I have enjoyed leading and developing the church's musicians and A/V techs, planning and leading worship services, and working alongside the staff to build a thriving culture of worship in our church. In December of 2018, I completed my MA in Theology from Fuller Theological Seminary, with an emphasis on Worship, Theology, and the Arts. I'm excited to see how the Lord continues to use me in this next season of my ministry and would love to talk with you if you're interested in exploring how he'd like to use your gifts as well.
